So... I did a thing

Weekend + caffeine + brand obsession =

Read time: 1 minute

I built my first app last weekend.

Well… the beginnings of one.

It’s called Brand Check-Up, and it’s a tool to help you uncover what’s working (and what’s not) in your brand strategy.

It asks 28 questions about your positioning, messaging, voice, purpose, and all that good branding stuff. They’re the same questions I’ve been refining over the years with my clients.

At the end, you get a report highlighting your strengths and areas to improve. You can download it as a PDF or open it in Google Docs to build on.

Heads up: I built this over the weekend for the Lovable.dev hackathon, so expect a few bugs!

The long-term goal for this is to help founders track their brand’s progress over time, like a living strategy doc you can revisit.

I’m also thinking of adding some kind of community aspect. Because in a world full of robots, real human connection hits harder than ever.

Your progress is autosaved, you can skip any question, and no email is required. (Accounts just help save your reports to a personal dashboard.)

And I’d love to hear your thoughts…

Should I keep building this?

Would you use something like this?
