Read time: under a minute

Most entrepreneurs don’t realize how their website design might be hurting sales.

  • Too much clutter.

  • Too many choices.

  • Not enough clarity.

Clutter overwhelms people. They skip big blocks of text, get distracted by unnecessary elements, and lose focus fast.

The more choices you give them, the harder they have to think.

Complexity becomes hesitation, then doubt, then a closed tab. One moment of friction, and your buyer is gone forever

The fix? Simplicity.

Reduce noise. Condense your text. Limit choices. Use whitespace to make your message easy to absorb.

Anything that distracts from the main goal needs to go. Either remove it or move it to the FAQ or footer.

Clean, intentional design guides people to take action. It’s not just prettier. It performs better.

P.S. You may have noticed my newsletter design looks different. I’ve retired the orange in favour of a slate/space-grey monochrome palette and a tidier banner feels more aligned with where the studio is heading. I’ll talk about the change in a future post.

Got a vision for your brand but not sure how all the parts fit together? I can offer you clarity. Get in touch.
