I’ve heard every reason — *cough* excuse *cough* — in the book:
“It can wait till later.”
“It’s not measurable.”
“There’s no ROI in design.”
“We don’t have the budget for it.”
“This stuff only matters for big brands.”
“I can get my brother’s wife’s daughter’s monkey’s uncle to design the logo!!”
